Dispatch & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Dutch public holidays). Drops, launches and busy periods can add a little time. Delivery estimates for your destination are shown at checkout — they’re estimates, not guarantees, unless we’ve agreed a fixed date.

Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces can have a different dispatch date, always stated on the product page.

Costs & carriers

Free standard shipping on orders of €75 or more (product subtotal after discounts). Below that, the exact rate shows at checkout before you pay. We ship with PostNL in the Netherlands and DHL internationally.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, paid by the recipient — these aren’t included in the price unless checkout says otherwise.

Track your order

Once your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking can take a little while to go live after the label’s created — keep an eye on your inbox (and spam, just in case).

Returns

Not the one? You have 14 days after delivery to let us know, and another 14 days to send it back. Email support@aqstorm.com with your order number — no reason needed.

Items should be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed and with original tags and packaging — try things on like you would in a store. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or wrong. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or your proof of postage). Exchanges

We process returns as refunds. Want another size or colour? Place a new order so you don’t miss out — stock can’t be held while a return is on its way back.

Damaged, wrong or faulty

Something off with your order? That’s on us. Email support@aqstorm.com as soon as you can with your order number, a description and a photo if it helps. You won’t pay return costs for a valid claim, and your statutory legal guarantee always applies. Don’t bin damaged packaging until we’ve had a look — the carrier may need photos.
